Lailee Taghdisi is an executive and entrepreneur with deep expertise in hospitality, people + culture, organizational process, and all things efficiency. She started her career in restaurant operations at Hillstone and Jean Georges before moving to supporting the executive teams at DIG and Sweetgreen. She decided to test her method by moving to the field of fashion and helped grow Parade through its acquisition. She is now sharing her expertise with founders and creative as she cares to operationalize businesses of all types and sizes.
